His diverse portfolio includes Single Lets, Multi Lets, Serviced Accommodation, and homes for Supported Living charities.
Steve is now focused on helping property owners find fast, effective solutions to challenges such as short leases and assisted sales.
His ability to structure creative deals has helped many vendors unlock the true potential of their properties.
Steve has also featured on TV, including Property Elevator, where he successfully pitched a commercial-to-residential conversion project to a panel of investors.

John Howard is one of the UK’s most experienced and well-respected property developers, with a career spanning over 40 years. He has bought and sold over 4,000 properties and is known for his expertise in complex deals, including large-scale developments, regeneration projects, and challenging acquisitions.
As Non-Executive Director at McCarthy Properties, John provides strategic guidance and high-level support, drawing on his decades of experience to help shape the company’s growth and direction.
